Jack's World of Sports

I’ve never been much of a sports fan myself; it’s not that I dislike sports but I don’t have the time to keep up with everything. They lose their meaning and excitement if you’re not able to watch the games but I do have a lot of my family members who are very much into watching and keeping up with the NFL. I had no idea what to get my dad this past week for his birthday so I decided to settle on some nfl flags and banners that I came across on Amazon. It may not have been the most thoughtful of gifts, I suppose, but I know he likes to collect these kind of things and I felt that he could use some to decorate his new place. I have four kids that are getting to the age where they spend a lot of their time outside playing, and as such, I want to provide some equipment for them to have fun playing on. Also, one of my goals in putting this equipment in my backyard is that it will help them to get some exercise while they are playing. I am looking for good deals on modern outdoor play equipment for kids, and I am hoping to find some pieces of equipment that I think are really nice looking and that look like they would be a lot of fun for kids to play on.

I am definitely going to need to buy something that has multiple swings on it. I am not sure how many, but at least tow, and probably four swings would be ideal. That way, none of my children will feel left out, should they all want to swing at the same time. I want to get something that is bigger than just a swing set though, and I want to make sure that I get something that at least has a slide attached to it as well. It would be nice to get a swing set that has monkey bars, and other things to play on as well.

I would really like to get something really nice and big for the kids to play on. I am actually considering getting more than one piece of equipment to put in the yard though. I just saw something that was very cool that I want to get in addition to a more traditional swing set. I want to get them a small rock climbing wall-type piece of equipment that is similar to the one that I just saw while I was browsing on the internet.

My sister sent me an email and told me that I had to visit super-bowl-ads net to see the commercials that I did not get to see during the super bowl. I had every intention of being able to see each and every commercial as they aired, but hosting the party for my husband and his friends made it rather difficult to sit down and actually watch every minute.

I had to do so many things for his guests that I had not really counted on doing. I thought that I would just be able to put the food and drinks out and let everyone fend for themselves. It did not really work out that way. Read the rest of this entry »
